1. Small size of SMD IC allows manufactures to make there product compact in size 2. Unlike chip on board, they do not require special plating on PCB. Thereby cost of PCB is less and these can be source from a wide pool of PCB manufactures. This also decreases cost of PCB because of comitative reasons. 3. Rejection is less both at manufacturing stage as well as with customers. 4. Since it can be process on SMT machines, the production is high and therefor labour cost per piece is less. 5. Because of high Production and output, manufactures can serve more customers. So, no loss in profits and sales.

1 Quantity required 2. Number of sound clips in an ic 3. Duration of each sound Rates are minimum for sound clips upto 30 seconds duration. Thereafter rates increase with slabs of 30 seconds sound 4. Most important factor is technical characteristics ,like frequency etc of sound file This determines which ic is to be used for best sound output. It is because of this reason that we are able to quote only once we receive actual sound file. 5. The price we quote are for a MOQ If the Quantity is less, prices are more, as the labour costs remain same 6. In case customer requires customization of sound, one time customization charges ( minimum 2500/- or more are Charged), which are adjusted in final order if quantity exceeds 500 pcs 7 Gst and courier charges extra in all our quotes

1. First , please send us the recorded sound track It may be in MP 3 or wave format You may also provide a YouTube link If you tube link, please specify the length( from which point / no. of seconds to which point If it is recorded voice, please ensure that quality of recording is good Good results can be obtained only if sound you provide is of good quality 2. Rates go up after every 30 seconds of sound recording Shorter the duration of sound clip, lesser the number of sounds, lesser is cost and MOQ 3. Please inform where and how the sound module is to be used. Also about switching, voltage used, and whether the sound stops after one cycle or continues till it is switched off This information is necessary to help us design sound IC/modules 4. Quotation - After receiving the above information, our engineer matches the frequency and other technical characteristics of sound with Ic that will give best sound output. / results Then we give quote 5. Thereafter, we request for an advance, which is generally 2500/- + gst+ courier for one time customisation charges. This advance is adjusted towards final order if ordered quantity exceeds 500 pcs 6 sample time approx. 4 to 5 working days 7 Once sample is approved. We request for 50% advance and go for production 8. Production time is normally 4 to 5 days subject to ordered quantity and Production schedule of the factory 9. After goods are ready, we request for balance payment and goods are shipped 10. Please specify courier name and whether by air or surface mode

The choice of light activated sound module for a gift box depends upon size of gift box. Smaller the gift box, thinner speaker is used and watch batteries are used which are slim If the box is bigger in size, we use bigger speaker and 2 or 3 pencil cells are used. Thereby rates of music modules go up

To get the best sound output, we send the sound clip to our Priciples / vendors in Taiwan They process/ modify the sound file for noise reduction etc and enhance sound experience/quality. Sound file is also processed/ modified and it's format is changed so as it may be embedded into chosen ic The whole process is highly technical and therefore, naturally time consuming Thereafter , processed sound file is received back by us and our engineering team preparescthe final sample required by client The whole process may take 4 to 5 days We under promise and over deliver

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
