Since the Tracks are of metal instead of printed tracks as in COB therefor it can better withstand fluctuations in temperature and voltage

2.PCB

We ensure that good quality PCB is used having thicker copper layer and green masking layer to prevent effect of heat and moisture

3.Wire- The wires used are specially made for us ,i against our specifications instead of buying off the shelf from open market

This ensures better life, low resistance, low current consumption

Wire is made of better grade of copper and plastic granules to withstand rough conditions

Battery terminals - We import terminals, made accurately of special steel for own use unlike used by other manufacturers from material available locally, to save cost

Speakers - We use high quality ,imported ( slim) speakers to produce clear, detailed and balance sound with good Bass Response and without sound distortion as against low quality speakers that often sound muddy, distorted and lacking in BASS

Quality Control

The sound modules are assembled by skilled workers under strict supervision of engineers with quality check at every stage
